  • Thank you! I'm in week 9 now and was doing great! One day I had a lot of energy and I killed my workout! I'm pretty sure the pain started after that so I may have overdone it a little. My shoes are also probably about 3 years old :-/ so I'm sure that that's another culprit. I have been using the foam roller and tennis ball…
