  • I think it depends on the foods your eating. You might be eating high calorie foods that aren't filling. Or just food that isn't filling in general. Green tea usually helps with controlling your appetite as well.
  • I actually know around when TOM is about to come so i work extra hard as well as eat super clean the week before. By the time the craving come I let my self cheat with one meal without feeling bad. However, prepare yourself , if that meal or meals have a lot of sodium you will retain more water then usual during your TOM.

  • I enjoy every meal I take to work (well mostly). If i like Chinese food I try to make the healthier version to take to work or I make a stir fry with brown rice at home so I can enjoy my lunch and not be tempted with other foods because i enjoyed what i eat. Plus it helps to take snacks.
