  • I agree. I gain the weight back twice. The one thing i learned when it was harder the 3rd time around was just remove one thing at a time. Because when you do start losing weight there will be a point when you will have to adjust your calories a bit lower since 200lbs might then be 150lbs and the same 2000 calories might just then become maintenance.   • Same. I could say ill start next Monday but that's a bad habit of mine..so started today..I ate good..but fail at drinking my coke cola. So my small goal is to aim for not drinking one...need to refocus on a being healthier.
  • I am on the same boat. I am close to 8 weeks back on this Journey lost 12lbs. Still hard to keep at it as life gets in the way but love how i been feeling lose those pounds so the push to continue is not as difficult like it was at the beginning at least.

  • Well totally enjoyed this vacation. Cant say i didn't gain a few pounds... but did good over all and only went 3lbs over but by the end of the week back to 174. now next goal to lose 5lbs. at 5'3 and 174 i am in the obese category on the BMI chart so aiming to be 169 to be in the overweight category.   • I have now gone down to 174 as of this morning. I am excited but going on my cruise this Saturday. So my mini goal is to Maintain or at least not go to crazy. Like my last cruise years years ago i am going to make it a habit to use only the stairs instead of the elevator and be more active.

  • I am on 11lb lost currently. I didn't noticed any different in my clothes.. or so i thought.. A shirt i hadn't worn now fit a bit better... pants sizes are still tight but i do feel less bloated so even though i don't notice 11lbs.. i wonder if I aim for another 5 lbs.. will i noticed more?? kind of keeps me determined.

  • I weight and measure myself. I go by weight then when I can't see any change I stop for two weeks weighing myself and I measure myself...then I wait another two weeks and weight myself again..I am weird I know but its something that has helped me.
  • I'll just say it did help me lose weight...haha probably because i replace my 2 coke a day with green tea. so 140x2 cal = 280.. SO YA... :D . But for real I just used to drinking tea for the caffeine. I can say for me though it did curve my appetite so i guess that help too :#
