What seems to be the main issue? Do you get too busy and forget to log after breakfast? Or is it more of a motivational issue?

Looking at pics of me in shorts...my legs look slightly more toned (even though I gained some weight the past couple of months)

My bmi is 28...close to obese. Looking in the mirror I would never think that but I can't deny how high my weight is now...need to lose 25 pounds to be a healthy bmi. Ugh. Befriend me if you want! We can do it!

Beef jerky, just about any nut (I like almonds and cashews), green apples with peanut butter (!!!), berries, baby carrots and hummus, hard boiled eggs, dried seaweed, bananas...so many tasty things!

My weight has always been so up and down. I went through a pretty good period high school-college where I was fit. I'd get compliments and hit on...I know this is super petty but I want to get those compliments and get some head turns again :wink:

I love yoga! I've been doing it on and off for a few years, but I'm still very much a beginner. I love good hip stretches (lizard, tree, pigeon). My least favorite is probably downward dog. My hamstrings have always been extremely tense and hard to stretch so I can't do it properly and I put too much weight on my wrists.

I'm back after about 8 months!

Ugh. I was so great at logging my food and dieting, I had lost 10 lbs in a couple months. Work then got stressful and I thought I could keep track without logging every day...the 10 lbs came right back on. I'm back where I started. I changed jobs so now don't feel as much stress and can handle logging again. Here we go…
