Me too! Also blender's smoothies. The nutrition facts they provide are for 12 oz, not the 24 oz size. I was sad to find that out.

Sweets in general but mostly chocolate and ice cream. It has been easier lately with the lower-calorie ice creams that are available (i.e. Halo top). But every time I go to a movie, I can not resist getting chocolate to munch on.

I replied before that my goal was to hit the 150s. I just met that goal this past week! Next I'm looking forward to hitting a "normal" BMI (I will cross that threshold at 154.8 lbs). Just 5 lbs until then! Hoping to hit that goal in the next month or so! :)

Thinking I could guesstimate calories in food and not bothering to log it....ended up gaining back all the weight I had lost 😭

What is your calorie limit? Do you exercise? Are you eating back your exercise calories if so? Also what kinds of foods are you eating? Some high-calorie foods are infamous for not being filling (i.e. chips, sweets, etc).

I recommend eating eggs in the morning if you can! They aren't too high in calories and keep you filled for a good amount of the day. I don't usually drink sodas but will have a Coke zero every so often or if that's not available a Sprite. An alternative I've found is flavored sparkling water (like bubly). Bai also makes a super tasty low calorie drink. :9
