It's been such a long time since I actually posted something. I started in the group at 165. I don't think I posted anything in October. October was a rough month with Halloween and all the candy. I did not resist the temptation well. But still overall losing weight. I weighed in last week and I was 152. That is 13 pounds…

Date started May 2017 Starting Weight: 177 Overall Goal Weight 130 Challenge Goal Weight 135 August 25-165 September 27-152 On track. I weigh monthly at my doctors office, but really need to start weighing at home weekly.

Second week was a bust. Did not add 1km, but the third week i succeed in adding 1km. Starting week 4. Maybe I will try to add 3to make up for my off week.

Ok. My baseline for last week- 9-5 to 9-11 ( Tuesday to Monday) was 11.66 Miles or 18.8 km. Next week goal is 19.8 km

Did my first map my walk data. Did not work for walking my office, but pacet app did. 25 min, little over 1/2 mile. Today outside walking, if weather is good. Oh yesterday's weight was down 4 lbs. Thanks for the additional videos, brittanydashnay. I will check them out

Ugh. Raining yesterday and today. I just downloaded the my fitness walk app and have not been able to use it!!. Rewatched our initial video to bookmark some ytube exercise videos as backup. Thanks for the hints on the good videos. I needed something for rainy days. Got to get and keep moving. Right?.

Starting weight in May was 177. Last weight which was last month or first week in August was 165. My ultimate goal is 130. I only weigh in once a month at a doctors office and today is the day. Let's send out light thoughts this morning!!!. Thanks :wink:
