  • Lost 7 pounds in 3 days.. I'm drinking plenty of fluids and eating plenty of veggies, fruits and protein meats. Am I losing the weight too fast? I'm not hungry at all cause I do eat when i get hungry and added 10 min of hardcore exercise to my daily routine.

For breakfast had 2 boiled eggs and a small bowl of cereal with no sugar almond milk For lunch at work, just had a turkey sandwich with only 1 piece of bread and a tomato.
