Question. My daily calorie goal is 1620 (something like that). Tonight after working out burning over 1100 calories my remaining calories to eat for today is 1800+. I feel fine and I'm not hungry. Should I be concerned about putting my body into starvation mode and plan to never go to far below my daily calorie goal?I want…
