  • I'm the opposite. I work a desk job but I get up and do my bike first thing in the morning on weekdays. I end up with about 4,000 steps by the time I get to work and the up and down of filling/copying runs gets me to 7,000 by the time I get home. Then I make up the difference to 10,000. Sleeping in on the weekends screws…
