I've been having some rough months, last 6 weeks I've been slacking on logging and I slowly feel the weight creeping back up. Restarting and hopefully it'll stick for more than 2 months this time :/

I usually just log half my exercise time to account for possible errors in calories estimations by MFP. I go for 1 h Zumba or Cycling class, I log 30 mins in the app.

I always knew, I just wasn't feeling motivated to do anything about it. Until one day I got up on the scale and it edged at 99 kg. I told myself that enough is enough and I refuse to go to three- digit numbers.

hello, joining in! I'm at 215 lbs and trying to get down to 150 lbs (at the least). Working now on proper, accurate and constant logging, since I'm still not in the habit of doing that.
