I found out this past March that I am pre-diabetic. That really spurred me to change. I started my new diet April 27th and I've lost 28 pounds. I'm still just as motivated now as I was when I started. I am starting to feel better and fit in my clothes better. Being pre-diabetic has scared me into change.

I'm starting at 377. I need to be about 180. I'm down now to 352 so it's coming off, slowly but surely. I get discouraged sometimes because I have so much to lose, but I know I can do it. One day at a time.

Thank you all! I am encouraged. I meet with the dietician tomorrow and I assume we will talk some about macros, but this week was just strictly calories.
