I don't. I should. I do plan ahead though. And make my breakfast and lunch the night before.

For me it's a mixture of food accountability and exercise. I've done good this first week but I have a way of letting life get in the way and losing my focus.

I have a vegetti tool that makes noodles from vegetables and last weekend I made stir-fry and did zucchini noodles. They came out great! Or if you have a foreman grill, slice them up and grill them. Zucchini is an awesome veggie!
