I still have a way to go but I'm finally down in the 250's again. Which I haven't seen in over twenty years. Next step is to get down into the 30's for the waist in pants.

It's been a challenge. I have three kids and a wife that typically puts in three hours at the gym herself. Basically it has come down to making it a priority for me just like my wife did.

I've been working at this now for a few months without the social aspect. I've gotten a good start but think I'm past the easy changes. I'm logging consistently and only able to get in a workout 3 or 4 times a week. Would like to find people similar to connect with.
