Hi, Diana. My first goal is to achieve a 50-pound loss. I am at 31.2 pounds so far. Once I achieve this first goal I will set another one. I don't look at it as an end goal, I look at it as personal growth. I am learning how to eat and get healthy again after far too many years of overindulgence.

Hello, Hazel, I am Penny. I am in Florida. I have been on MyFitnessPal for a while, however, I just started a new way of eating and it has helped me drop some real weight for once. It's nice to be able to connect to other people who are on a path to losing weight. :)

Hi. I have been eating Keto since Valentine's day and I have dropped 31.2 pounds! I have a significant amount of weight to lose and needed a way of eating that didn't leave me starving all day. I can honestly say that I don't have that trouble with Keto.
