Bring it back!!! I've lost all motivation for my weight loss since you did this. I loved being able to see my friends progress, or the meals they had eaten to give ideas. Big mistake MFP. Big. Mistake.

Still no change? I've found since they announced it I have had little motivation and struggled a lot. I know it's silly but the feed was so useful and I absolutely loved connecting with others. C'mon MFP. Just bring it back already!!

I do a little bit - but!! I am surprised that more often than not I see vegan/meat free and lots of veggies rather than a load of processed "unhealthy" food. But then, the Aldi I shop at has a gym right next door, so I imagine a lot of fitness / healthy people shop there :P

Sparkling water honestly - that's become to "go to" drink if I'm out with friends, as that's when I'd normally have a coke. It was hard cutting it out at first, but, I'm really happy I did :)

Doctors learn nothing about nutrition so I would never ever go to mine for help regarding diet. You are better off seeing a nutritionist honestly, I was lucky and found a therapist (This was for depression/anxiety rather than weightloss) who was also a nutritionist and she helped more than any Dr/bottle of pills!!

2 cups of broccoli, 3 cups of kale, 100g mushrooms, 1 cup of carrots, then a salad that consisted of; red cabbage, lettuce, cucumber, spring onions, more carrot. Some eggplant, onions, 3 baby potatos, banana, green beans, savoy cabbage and sprouts! I love veggies so much!
