Here is my February picture. I am only down about 3 pounds since last month, but have added some muscle. I am working about 50/50 cardio to strength training now. Looking forward to seeing others posts with their progress! P.S. Sorry about my less than clean mirror! ☺️

Thank you! I have worked pretty hard over the past year, so I’m proud of my progress. It’s not a swimsuit picture, but here is a picture of me about a year and a half ago, with an after picture taken about a month ago. I hope it can inspire others to keep pushing forward with your fitness goals!

During the summer, it is easier for me to workout in the mornings at 6am before work. It is convenient that we have a gym and locker room in our workplace, so I’m a little spoiled.
