  • Can't just eat 3 eggs and call it a day,. I need my fat!
  • Last Tuesday was my first trial at a 42 hour fast and it was a big success and will do that again weekly for now on. The rest of the week I follow the 16/8 protocol and must prefer eating this way than 3 times a day.
  • Today it was a 3 eggs scramble with braised pork belly, miscellaneous vegetables, gruyere cheese, of course cooked in bacon fat, butter and olive oil with a nice dash of hot sauce. I added some green onions and parsley too!
  • Parsley, salt and pepper and some parmesan cheese, to increase the fat content. I tend to add a dash of hot sauce too!
  • Been keto for over a month and a half and officially starting to do the 16/8 protocol for a week, then switching to 18/6 for a bit, then adding a 36 hour fast a week until I get my blood test done and can see my doctor and planning to do two 36 hour fast a week if all goes well.   • I do it too, for medical reasons and just loving it. I slowly lowered the amount of carbs and sugar while learning more about keto and have been doing it for about 2 weeks now.
