I use it it comes mixed in my protein and bcaa's . Cant say I've noticed anything from it . I know some lifters who show and use it with cutting to help keep gains. To be honest it's probably not worth it at it's price point but hey if you got money to burn

The whey you buy off the shelf in stores is loaded with a lot of fluff and filler you dont need in your diet . you can buy clean , show quality ? Protein but it's damn expensive . Real food is always a better option and allows you more control over your diet .

Add some grilled chicken breast or tilapia (fish) into your diet and greek yogurt twice a day (i like fage total 0%) and maybe a protein bar . You shouldn't be using whey to add to your protein goal , it should only be used during or after workouts. Protien from real foods is always a better way to go
