I fit my "cravings" into my calories for the day. I'm bloated this week and pms-ing and have been eating cheez it's for dinner every night lol but it fits in my calorie goal so I don't feel bad at all

Maybe weird, who knows. At the supermarket I go to, the bakery section is right next to the entrance.
