I am still within my weight goal, I am 149 today. I have noticed that I tend to hold water weight, even when I have the slightest amount of carbs.

Today is a good day! I reached my goal weight. But the way my body behaves I may fluctuate a little before it settles. But I am still excited.

@RMC1995 I want my butt perky too!! LOL It went away when I started losing weight. I’m like what happened?! When I reach my goal weight and enter maintenance I plan to focus on those two areas: lower stomach and butt.

Just curious, what scale (brand) do you use? I’m looking to buy a new one. Mine does whole and half pounds only and isn’t Bluetooth capable or measure body fat. It’s just an old basic scale

@KelseyRL thanks! I downloaded HappyScale it is gives me hope that I am still losing. I have kept my diet the same, but I hold water certain times of the month. Plus it's my Birthday and I am eating a few things that are higher calorie this weekend. Hopefully by next week I will read my goal of 150.

Update: As of today I am 154. I was 152 a few days ago but think I am having water weight fluctuations. I expect my weight to be 152 or lower by the end of next week.

I am 5'8.5 and I am 158lbs. I was 169.5 and lost 11 pounds over the last 6 weeks. My goal weight is 145. I feel my best between 147 and 150. I don't like the way my clothes fit over 155lbs. I easily fit size 6 and 8. But I at 158lbs my size 6 clothes are tight. I am not sure of my body fat %.

I am in a similar situation. I dropped to 159 on 8/18/17 then went to 160 the next day and I been back and forth between 159 to 159.5 to 160 back to 159.5 for the last 8 days. It is very frustrating. I was 169.5 on 7/24/14 and had been dropping steadily until 8/18. I have keep my diet pretty much the same, but cut back on…
