Here I come January! Second month partaking of this challenge. Total Goal: 25 miles/40 kilometers Long term goal: Signed up for my first 5K on May 27, 2018! For lunch this week I made taco salads and squash soup. I have almost always conquered breakfast and lunch but at dinnertime I still fail myself too often (yesterday was McDonalds) so that has to be next. One step at a time..

Very new newbie here! My goal is to run at least twice a week. At my current pace with a bit of stretching that is 25 miles for the month! :) Gotta start somewhere! Working up to my first 5K scheduled for next May.

I am trying to eat more at home but when I do go out I find if I get meat and veggies I'm in my calories. I just have to skip the bread, potatoes and dessert! I ask for extra veggies to make sure I do not get hungry later. Some restaurants are generous with the veggies but some do charge me extra. Salads can work but you…
