Have you tried using coconut or almond flour instead of the oats? You may need to tweak the recipe a bit but this should be a good base for low carb. 1 cup coconut flour 4 scoops chocolate protein powder 3 tablespoons cocoa powder 3 tablespoons peanut butter 3 tablespoon honey Water - add as needed to get the right texture

I think the ratio of wet to dry is too large. I would replace the almond milk with milk powder, or even almond butter
