I am going to track before I eat so I can be in choice ! The days I do this I stay on plan. The days I dont I end up being over calories. Also getting. Monster bike ride in today...very excited !!

Tracked all my food yesterday and got my full workout, yoga and meditation in. What a difference ! Feels good to be purposeful in support of my health and happiness !

250 calories over and I am stopping right now. Taking care of my mom after her surgery and she keeps pushing more food and wine. I said no 4 times and then had a half glass of wine and two mini Kit Kat’s. Not throwing the whole night away food wise. Stopping now and taking a victory in that. Will walk extra tomorrow for…
