I'm having an awful time with food, and going to bed upset with myself and feeling physically sick from extreme binging every night. I just need one good day to feel positive again. Tomorrow I will stick to my calorie goal for just one day

Yep, every single thing! Definitely couldn't stay on track without one. Yeah, it is a bad habit. I've just asked my husband to hide the scales from me for a week, lol!

Thank you for your replies, I think I AM just being too impatient and getting anxious comparing my calories to other, much smaller, people! The scales finally shifted again and I'm down another 2lb.

Just completed my first week (again) at TDEE -1000cals every day, after eating at least TDEE +2000 for months. Feeling healthier already and in control at last
