Hey guys, so I usually do 3 miles, 3 1/2 miles every day but I wanted to bump it up to 5 miles to push myself a little bit. I wouldn't call myself a runner, there's a track right by my house so I just take advantage of it.

@livingleanlivingclean 1200 calories per day is about the lowest a woman should go, when I had that calorie goal I took advantage and ate a lot of seeds, greens, soups and fruits that were low in sugar.

@bhattirabia1003 hey! So It was a process! What worked best for me was going vegan for 3 months. I lost about 30 pounds that way. I also did the Jillian Michaels work out videos for weeks at a time. Using this app to keep my calorie count under 1200 was also super helpful! I also walked 5 miles a day for 3 months 5 days a…
