Vodka and Diet Tonic works for me. For an after dinner drink, amaretto on the rocks.

I purchased a 6 month old, used, low mileage, Sole F63 Treadmill off Craigslist for $500. It's a great treadmill that sells for $1000 new. My wife and I love it, and it gets used every day with no problems. Check it out here: http://www.treadmillreviews.net/sole-f63/

Simple. First they close the door. Then, after getting on the scale, they can yell, scream and curse at the scale without the rest of the household being involved. It's also close to the toilet, for those people who want to sit down and sob. LOL.

When I want a high protein change of pace from eggs, I have Lowfat Cottage Cheese. One cup has 190 calories, 12 carbs, 5 fats and 24 proteins, vs. 3 eggs, which have 215 calories, 1 carb, 14 fats and 19 proteins. Cottage cheese also fills me up as well as eggs.

I also suffer from acid-reflux. It normally happens late at night while I'm sleeping. It's usually prevalent when I have high amounts of carbohydrates that day, and especially bad if I mix in alcohol; think pizza & beer. Since I started my new eating program, it's essentially disappeared. I've cut out most sugar and…

As someone who completely understands your problem, I've had to use a larger font size on my workout tracking sheet. YMMV.

My goal is to stick with the program I'm on and lose another 20+ pounds. My head is in the right place (that's the hardest part). Good luck to all of you.

Congrats! That's a great achievement.
