I'm vegan with that running and working out I went from 269 to 217, my goal is 165.

Einahpets_820 i can give you a simple workout that will only take a few minutes a day but you have to do it for 31 days straight, and a way to get rid of love handles

If anyone is interested in a workout plan just ask plus I know a simple way to get rid of love handles or muffin tops as they call it

Being a vegan it's not just about eating healthy, it's a way of life. Like I don't wear anything leather because an animal is killed for that leather and so forth.

I am vegan myself and it's great lost 51 pounds running and working out plus eating lots of fruits vegetables and drinking lots of water

Hi everyone, it's nice to meet you. I have been a vegan a few months now and am also an avid runner, do workouts and am training for mud run competition. Went from 269-218.
