  • Is this still going? Well, I'm newbs, and I'd have to say my super power is primarily in retaining useless information, verbatim, as well and super-incessant-devil's-advocate, commonly using equal amounts of nonsensical and aforementioned useless data. I can also find resources for nearly anything.
  • There are dozens of us!!
  • Well I'm 5 months late to this discussion, but if anyone is still looking in, there's a "Tough like the Toons" workout series on youtube that I've fallen in to. I'm working to get the Korra triceps right now
  • I don't see why you can't. I, personally, need to lose 50 total to get to a healthy BMI. But this first 20 will get me out of the clinically obese spectrum

  • I forgot to check in on Monday/Tuesday. I'm at 175.8 this week, 1.2 pounds less than last week. I've only been at this a month so far, and I've already noticed that I feel kind of stronger with my workouts. I'm still no Rowdy Rhonda, but for someone who hasn't attempted a push-up in 15 years, I'm pretty excited that I can…
  • wait, there will absolutely be no more?! I thought maybe there was an extended hiatus or something :( Now I'm going to have to go back to calling actual IT for social interaction
  • Had to look up NSV ;) congrats! I've had an opposite NSV, I guess? This is the first time I've ever purchased or owned a scale though, I've normally only taken measurements. Most measurements are stagnant, and a couple are slightly bigger, but the shiny new scale says I've lost 2 lbs last week, so there's progress…
  • Is it true that women glow and men plunder?

  • Thank you! Best of luck!
  • CONGRATS!! I just got married this year, so I'm not trying to fit into a dress, but new hubby and I are trying to get fit together :)
  • Well I'm new, and this seems like perfect timing! I'd like to try to join in
