  • I just finished "What the Health" on Netflix and am definitely thinking about adding more "plant-based" foods into my lifestyle. It might end up being a "me" only thing with a "meat and potatoes" husband and 2 kids....
  • Awesome ideas! It is so hard feeling like the only one on board with the huge change. My hubby is all for it, but is less than enthusiastic when it comes time to DO it!
