All liquids other than the sugary stuff should count towards liquids. I count tea and water (that has enhancers in it like bcaa’s). I do not count my coffee but I always aim for 8-10 glasses of water every day. It helps keep our bodies flowing

I always wondered what the actual speed or steps are for each video myself. But I do know they are great overall muscle toning exercises and addictive moves. I find myself doing them throughout the day at work when I get the chance and no one is around of course 😂

I set my level as active. I get somewhere between 10,000-15,000 steps per day and my job keeps me very active throughout periods of the day, in addition to adding my old workout routine of aerobic/walk workouts again. I do not have my steps being tracked using the app at all because I do not have my phone on me at all times, but my smart watch is with me at all times. That’s why I was wondering if I need to manually add the steps for the calorie adjustment on MFP.
