I went to the doctor yesterday as my average hr on a 7 mile run was 170, he told me I was just un-fit so keep it in mind if you think it goes a bit high. I have been running on and off for a year last 6 month I have been stepping up to 8:20 min miles just keep it up and don't forget to stretch.
