Yes I am - I flit between the big supermarkets for a big online delivery every 2-3 weeks as I have no car at the moment, and then top up fresh stuff, have a sainsburys and a small tesco in walking distance too.

I have never liked sugary drinks and always used sugar free versions as mixers (the sugary versions made my teeth and tongue feel horrid). While I am now getting more into soda or tonic water, I can't say I have noticed any change in cravings.

I use the small holes on the cheese grater - less cheese goes further. I love cheese.

Yes, yes and yes! Get rid of the crusts and enjoy the best bits! Generally with meals I like to mix it together, as a pp said. That's why I love lasagna and curry and other one pot dishes.
