Oh! The other thing is I have issues with stomach acid and gerd and that can mess with your feelings of hunger too. Something to consider.

I love nonfat Greek yogurt for afternoon snacks. High protein, sweet, 120 cals (for chobani and some others).

good luck! hunger sucks. Yesterday I was so hungry I just kept snacking til I went well over. But I tried to remember my own advice and ate a lot of green beans, watermelon and popcorn :) And today is fine.

Last time I went to the movies I snuck in a big bag of sweet cherries. They fulfill that same sweet snacking urge and you have to slow down for the pits!

I have plenty of serious reasons but the petty one is that a gentleman I have a crush on, but who rejected my advances (but we are friends), is coming to visit my area in a couple months and I want to knock his socks off.
