I started at 365 and I'm down to 301 within 5 months so far. Pace has slowed a tad due to busy schedule but not at my goal yet. It varies but currently it's the band SPITE. I have maybe 30 playlists on Spotify that I alternate between when I workout. I'm a bit of a junkie.
