Mine goes up or down about 2 pounds over a week. But that can mean close to a 5 pound change in a few days. I don't think much of it either way, not excited when its down, or upset when its up. I'm now at my optimal weight so its just eating right and exercising,

Your best bet is to remove the word diet from your vocab. It almost always links to an "end" of the diet and a return to unhealthy or less healthy choices. Change your life. Even if only small things at first. A year or two down the road and the best health and fitness will not be an option, it will be your normal.

Everyday. I don't watch TV at night so I like to stay active while cleaning and doing house work.

Chicken breast. Garlic powder, pepper. 35 minutes in the oven at 350. Delicious. Easy. Healthy.

Thanks. Tell that to my five year old. Haha.

I like IF not for the physical results but also mental. It helps train your body and mind as to when you need to eat and when you don't. I don't eat after 2 pm and workout at night. No issues. I also eat dinner for breakfast: 1 pound of chicken with tons of veggies. Fills me up, gets me my protein. Then just snacks and…

I workout about 5 hours into my fast. Bed about 3 hours later.

I was actually drinking a bit on the heavy side throughout dropping my first 50 pounds. I figured, better a beer than a milk shake.

I dont know why we need $2,000 elliptical. I got some cheap one from Dick's Sporting Goods almost 8 years ago and its going strong. Probably logging 1,000+ minutes a year minimum.

South Shore Mass! Good luck

Wife has this. First child was natural, 5 years later and 3 years of IVF, baby girl is coming around Thanksgiving.

Maybe track your heart rate and do a quick google of calories burned per exercise. That would lead to a much more accurate estimate.
-
I use it. Seems accurate enough. Not really a major source of calories though.

Live by IF...great way to build willpower as well.

Lost 50. Probably at my top shape and best health of my life. Feel free to add. Post everyday. Good luck.

You guys stay scientific with your numerators and demulcifiers and all. I'd just say that mentally, this method is not a positive one. As a former landscaper that worked 8-8, 7 days a week. Unfortunately, it was not some hardcore workout that got me in "pool boy" shape. Focus on real, efficient workouts as your exercise.…

Same boat here. I just let it ride. I'll drink a beer or call it a day. I'm close to my nutrition goals, eating well and exercise. At the end of the day I'm happy.

IF is a game changer for me. Mentally I am now able to deal with and control my diet. No need for cheat days, snacks or meals. I literally have eliminated cravings from my life. Just eat my meals and done. Having complete control over when I eat, what I eat without worry or stress is so relieving. I've been doing this for…

First 6 months of exercise I lost 65 pounds. That's was way too much though. Living healthy after gaining back 15-20.

Morning star chipotle black bean burgers are the best I have ever found.

I'd also say no. It takes me 2 hours to mow my yard and I don't call it exercise. A workout should be targeted and efficient. Calories lost from cleaning are an extra bonus.

Cucumber. Just straight cucumber. Love it.

Former heavy drinker. Still enjoy a night cap. I don't eat treats and if I come under my calorie goal I'll have a night cap. Lost 60 pounds along with exercise and lifestyle changes. I still like the compensation method. I gave up oj long before alcohol. Only beer for me though. No really sugary drinks. If you think you…
