It's been a long time but I'm back. So far I have lost 18lbs in about a year and a half i believe. Fell off track but want to get back on.

Same as yesterday all my walking will be down at work. I only have time to eat twice a day. So I make those meals count. Its good to hear from you @hotmammatotwogirls and @giglqueen.

I was able to stay under calorie budget yesterday . Yippee! Today once again no planned exercises. I get all my walking done at work. Congratulations Naomi for being crowned queen.

Hi all Yesterday I did a little cardio workout. Today I did some circuit training. My mom made some muffins but I stayed away from them. Not as hard as I thought sticking to eating something sweet once a week. I have been substituting yogurt and fruit smoothies as my sweet intake during the week.

Today I stayed under calorie budget. Did 25 min of circuit training and a light walk. Planning my meals ahead of time really works.

Forgot to give update for yesterday's cardio. It was good. They are starting to get easy. Today was a rest day. I had my weekly treat and still stayed under calorie budget.

Today I did circuit training for 30min. Didnt get much steps in but I'm ok with that. Under calorie budget and maintained to resist my mom's bunt cake. All in all a good day.

Good morning, yesterday I implemented my free day since going cold turkey just aint cutting it. I wasn't to bad but did cheated on my day off. Do plan to jump right back on the wagon today. Have a blessed day everyone

I've been MIA for a bit but here we go. This has been a good week. Nutritionally I have been making good choices. I took a two day hiatus from workouts but jumped right back into it the third day. Dropped a pound so im excited about that.

Missed yesterday's check-in so here e go: Thursday was another successful day. Did 30 min of cardio and 30 min of HIIT. Even though cravings for junk food where at a all time high I didn't give in. @giusa Good job reaching 40.

Thats delightful giglqueen. Its encouraging and motivating to see you overcome the temptations. Today should have been my day one. Completed my 60min of cardio and had no junk food. Thank you for the advice intotennis. I put some of it into practice.

Today was better did 30 min of cardio and 20 min of HIIT. Only place I failed to complete is my no junk food. Gonna be a lot harder than usual but I can be down. I have to find a way to increase intensity in cardio workouts.

That's awesome shawna_25. Unlike The others today started off slow. I already broke my no junk food rule. I plan on exercising after work tonight so i will give an update how that went afterwards.
