  • Was a little remiss in logging. Ate poorly a bit and then fasted a bit. Weight down .5 lbs. slow progress. Despite eating junk, it prompted me to buy some fresh foods and make a healthy soup good for a few days. Tasty too. I’ll push next few days to get under 180

  • Hello pushing forward! Wrote a post and hit done without posting. Oh man! Getting a slow start on clean eating challenge. My goal is to cut the salt so fresh or frozen vegetables will be good for me. Hoping the puffy bloated fingers will disappear! Adding more daily sit ups. Let’s keep it up.
  • Thank you. This challenge has helped me watch my calories, stop eating by 7 pm, drink more water and do min 30 min of cardio a day. Lost 8.6 lbs. will continue logging. I’m in for the next challenge.

  • Naomi glad you’re back. Today I played tennis unexpectedly so that was a positive. Went to pizza festival and it was fun. Lots of long lines. Tried a couple different types. Pretty good. The crowd was fairly young and music was good. Will try to do more bike and get that weight down.

  • Heard about intermittent fasting. Not quite ready to do, but it’s an Alzheimer’s study. May do it later this month. Resting my wrist and foot so will do bike for exercise for a few days. I’m so impressed by the activities by all. I’m a lazy girl ;)! Keep up the awesomeness!

  • Well I've been doing couch sit-ups during commercials. Also my version of couch aerobics. It's something. Played dubs earlier today for a bit more exercise. Completely agree with starvation mode. I believe I've experienced that. Ultimately, fewer calories in helps reduce weight. My two cents anyway.
