I am just starting out with MFP with a focus on Macros. I had surgery in February so am restricted to walking this month. My goal is to maintain weight (I’d take a loss) as a realistic goal through nutrition focus. SW: 256.4 GW:185 (I am 5ft 9 inches) March GW finish 250-256.4 and ease back to exercise. Goal is 120 ounces…
