well, she didn't say it was a 200 calorie snack, she said it put her 200 calories over. So, assuming this was a 600 calorie treat that she had instead of other normal snacks, it put her a few hundred calories over her goal. Why is this hard? Wow - why did your doc say this?! Do you have any other health issues? I'm much shorter than you and my weights are pretty similar to yours and I've never had a doc say anything negative about my weight (I have low BP, perfect cholesterol, etc. Just literally a high weight)

I don't think weighing everything you eat is mentally healthy. A few hard to estimate and calorie dense items? sure. Everything for a few weeks to get a better sense of portion sizes? good idea. Weighing every single thing as a long term plan is neither sustainable nor mentally healthy.

checking in for week 3 full body. I have a busy day today and I'm going on a weekend trip, so I did it first thing this morning before eating. Oh boy, I remember why I do NOT like fasted cardio - it really affected my workout. Still worth getting it in, but not my best.

Thanks - these are kind of what i'm thinking as well. I guess, my question for long time keto-ers is, if I'm so close, is there any benefit of me pushing to that next keto level? Like will it really rev up my weight loss or have any other positive effect?

I now weigh everyday. I didn't weigh for about 2 years because I was scared and I thought I gained 10-15 pounds when I actually gained 30. i'm trying to destigmatize the number and make myself more comfortable and aware of fluctuations. Using the happy scale app to smooth out the trend.

I tried for awhile but I can't. For me, the problem is the food. I can't really stomach food RIGHT when I wake up, usually need to wait 30-45 min before I can stomach anything, and working out fasted if a guarenteed way for me to be low energy and get a bad workout.
