  • Me! Me! I'm super early in my pregnancy but I'm overweight and I am going to actually attempt to not gain and possibly lose weight. I think for the first Trimester, if I stay at 1800 calories and exercise as much as possible. I could actually see some weight loss... What are your goals?
  • I swear I slept for 14 hours yesterday. Two naps! Crazy... I'm so tired but I got 30 mins of low impact exercise in yesterday and today. I'm setting my calorie goal around 1900... what are you all setting yours at?
