I totally agree with @jmu1965 protien really helps reduce hunger. May be worth adding either greek yougurt chia seed pb2 powder cottage cheese or protien powder to oats @IsraaQ

Thanks so much @themedalist ... the net can be so useful yet so destructive too. Ppl end up living in internet reality. I got rid of my social media many years ago so deactivating my watsapp and using net only wen needed was the last peice of the puzzle!!! Feel great for it!! Clearer, more grounded! Xo

Thanks @MadisonMolly2017 and @TerriRichardson112 . I still use the net on a needs basis. So for recipes , mfp and workouts etc. Hve stopped all mindless surfing the net along with all the self development stuff too. It was info overload!xo

@GinLee61 i can totally relate!!! I needed to take break from the daily weighting as the fluctuations were messing with my emotions but by not weighing its easy to put my head In the sand so Just finding wat work best for me! Xo

Yep slow for me too... @SummerSkier need some, think this might be going on to my 3rd month of not weighing myself and I'm loving it as know longer hve the highs and lows that are driven by the number on the scale.. I do feel my clothes are getting tighter so wen this happens for u do u then weigh urself?? also how to uβ¦

Happy anniversary @CarolAnnM2 ...When I had my bub I got super sick.. had to have surgeries them joined here soon after!!! Joining uac was life changing for me!!! I have been in Uac for 3 years buy slowly i am slipping into old habits!! On a positive note still hve stuck to alot of solid habits just need to refine a few ofβ¦

Pass day... alot of pass days over Easter weekend!! Not weighing myself has been so great for my mind buy also not able to measure progress either! I am back on track today thinking of how best to move forward! Maybe one of those muscle body composition scales so I cam focus od muscle instead of weight. Xo
