Thanks for the reply! I had a friend just recommend C25K as well, I need to look into that! Female, 31, 5'2", 180 pounds. I sit all day at work, but walk as much as I can and usually get between 9,000- 10,000 steps a day. I'm going to the gym for an hour every morning M-F and weekends when I can fit it in.
