Hi I want to lose 3 stones =42 lbs, been here for a week, been overweight most of my life but now my body is starting to ache and feeling the effects of carrying it so time to do something. Changing habits and thinking long term is the way now I think, no quick fixes are there?

Courgette spaghetti with prawns. Fry garlic, add some fresh halved baby tomatoes, add half cup of water, then more if needed, some chilli powder to taste, low heat until tomatoes break down and you have a sauce, add prawns until cooked, serve on top of spiralised courgette, quick and easy, very tasty

I can totally relate to this, I've was always the bigger kid, I ve always been on the larger side as an adult but always been told I'm fine as I am, that I can carry it, even been told 'got a pretty face' so doesn't matter lol and I believed this and carried on not looking after myself, but it does matter im carrying too…
