Did you ever try it? I started last week and am liking it. But the pre training was harder than I thought it would be. But I’m a good way. If you started it how are you liking it and have you seen results?

Ditto, my reasons for getting fit are much like yours my kids come first. But I do also want it for me. I know how much better mentally, emotion and physically I am when I am working towards my goals. I am 5'4 and almost 170 now and my ultimate goal is between 137 and 143 but I set a shorter term goal of 150 by Christmas.…
