This is true I weighed 350 at my heaviest and am now in the 250's but some days I look in the mirror and still see 350.

Yes, I often cook myself chicken fish or red meat. With a frozen bag of veggies. I would love to meal prep as it is a pain cooking daily. But with so many people in the house there is little room for storage.

I take a multivitamin/mineral / fish oil and afew grams of fiber a day. The ones I get are quality brands with third party testing and it costs about $25 a month. Do I need them perhaps not everyday. I agree, but her metabolic rate along with a host of other factors can make her be able to be healthy at her caoloric intake. But with anything I always suggest talking to a doctor who will likely take a blood draw. I am just speaking as a person who has many small framed light weight female relatives who are similar.

Not eating enough does affect your metabolism but not as drastically as some say. I have read and confirmed with both my Doctor and registered dietician that it will slow by 5 to 10 percent depending a lot on genetics. Check your numbers again.
