Be careful. Heavy exercise can impair kidney function. Sudden changes in your exercise regime could spell trouble. If you intend to proceed, keep a close eye on your creatinine levels. Aerobics are better for your situation. Talk to your MD.

I have a Vivosmart 3. Press on the clock until the little man shows up then swipe down until VO2 Max shows up. Press that for the number. Swipe down from there and it will give you the last test date. Swipe down again and you can run another test.
