oh and one last thing...one step at time..I think I take on everything instead of one thing first so much too much at times but if incremental maybe focus on food ..first then implement exercise may be easier ....I don't know you so work out how best you manage things and go with that strategy of what works for you...once…

yes its sometimes hard when having craving for a nibble of choccie or with me usually drink of pepsi at night or if i haven't got cold water go and buy some...at moment I'm looking at having nothing after 8 and I'm really talking more about cups of coffee....as well.

I always feel that september as a month gets warmer and warmer as the month develops its a very good month to consider healthy eating and exercize ....good to see so many reaching their goals or towards their goals on this..fantastic

I'm looking at the fact you are a runner for life and I think tmrw I will get up and run I love running and I have to say very very lazy at moment I can be better with exercize...and I do love running here in OZ there is no excuse for me so I like your thinking fitisit....Ill remember that
