@blessedgrandma5 - if your clothes are fitting better AND you're seeing performance improvements, does it really matter what the number on the scale is? It sounds like you're in a state of recomposition, replacing fat with muscle.

Also, I really just need to vent: My watch died during my walk today. I was 4 miles into a 7-mile walk, and the battery couldn't hold on for another minute let alone the hour I needed. Sometimes it's the little things that bug me most.
