@purple1butterfly - A loss is a loss! Staying consistent is ridiculously hard, holding strong is hard, you're doing a damn good job. The fact that anyone else is noticing those changes is a sign that you're doing something right, even if it isn't reflected on the scale.

Based on the way Team Weight No More step results posts are formatted, that formula wouldn't end up helping us all that much (and I would rather not have to explain what everything means over and over again). I like to use standard deviation to denote who is the most consistent with their steps…

@frankwbrown - Back when "top weight" was added, the intent was for the highest weight to be submitted by the member when they joined their team, if they provided one, so it wouldn't have to be whatever they started with on MFP. It was up to the member if they wanted the milestones tracked, as I know some folks do not…
