  • Week 1, down 0.4 pounds. Heading in the right direction. Keep it up, friends. We only get to where we want to be when we keep facing that direction and push forward through (or go around, over, under) the obstacles.
  • I'm in. May 1st weight is 178.8. I'd like to not cross the line over to T2D, and losing 10 pounds would help with that. I'm fairly active, but I still eat like I did when I was doing lots of marathons and had an overactive thyroid. It's time to accept that I need to make changes to get this bus turned around. Let's do this.
